Typographical Errors

In the event that a Truckerz Stuff product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Truckerz Stuff reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Truckerz Stuff reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Truckerz Stuff shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Prices

Truckerz Stuff reserves the right to change products that are offered and change pricing at any time without advanced notice. All orders placed will use pricing at the time the order was placed.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Oregon, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Truckerz Stuff products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Truckerz Stuff) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Truckerz Stuffs’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Truckerz Stuff may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truckerz Stuff, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Returns and Exchanges

At Truckerz Stuff, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason please contact us within 30 days from the day it was shipped to you. We will provide shipping instructions and issue a refund or account credit. Please allow up to 14 days for any return to be processed. For orders paid via Paypal please allow 3 days for your refund to be issued.

The item(s) being returned must be in the original packaging. If there is any indication that the item has been installed the return will be void and the product will be returned to the customer. The customer will have to pay shipping.

After 30 days of receiving your item:

A refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling will be made & less 20% using the

same method and to the same credit card used on the original order.

Returned defective or used merchandise will be inspected, and a handling fee of up

to 20% may be charged. Refused Shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping & handling will not be refunded on Refused Shipments. Special order returns are an automatic 20% restocking fee and credit is not issued for freight charges.

Special Orders

Special orders are welcome, however, all special orders must be prepaid and are non-returnable.

Delivery Rates and Services

There are many different shipping methods with various delivery times. Transportation times depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to shipping destination, shipping method, and external factors like weather. For specific questions please contact us.

All shipping estimated times are based only on BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) and are only ESTIMATES. We have no control over your package once it leaves our facility.

Note:

We do not ship outside the U.S with USPS.

Tracking

Note: First Class Airmail does not provide tracking information. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your delivery, please select either Priority Airmail or Express Mail services. Furthermore, Express Mail requires a customer signature at delivery.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
